Previously Lead Process Engineer on a multi-billion dollar onshore grassroots tight gas development, Rachel has a strong background in the areas of process engineering and engineering interface management. Her study leadership combines significant experience with strong technical understanding. Having completed a role as technical services manager at Petrom’s Petrobrazi Refinery, Rachel joined WorleyParsons in 2007 as the onsite liaison for the FEED engineering for a refinery upgrade project in Romania. She moved to London, working on LNG projects, and advanced to a lead process engineer role. Rachel transferred to technical consulting in 2014.

Prior to joining WorleyParsons, Rachel worked for Esso Petroleum leading the small project development group based on Esso’s UK refinery site on the south coast for a number of years. Her beginnings were with Stone & Webster Engineering Ltd as a process engineer on front end and detailed design projects for olefins plant using in house licensed technology. As a respected study manager, Rachel brings depth of understanding to the Advisian Hydrocarbons Consulting team. Her history and background includes lengthy periods in olefins, refining and gas processing for both operators and contractors. Rachel is recognised as an experienced technical study manager with a collaborative leadership style, an international mindset and the ability to see the wider picture.
