The world needs to stop, listen and act
When we choose to challenge existing norms that create barriers for women, we start the journey to a just and equitable society. By all of us playing our part, we can prioritize important conversations and actions that make ideas a reality.
As we observe International Women’s Day, we are joining the world to promote a society free from gender inequality, gendered language and unconscious bias. We pledge to protect the rights of all women and make it easier for them to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
